After-sales service policy

1. Lianxiang provides three-year free warranty service for the products.

 

2. The following conditions are not covered by the free warranty:

1) The product is out of the free warranty period;

2) Damage caused by disassembly, modification and repair without the authorization of Lianxiang;

3) Damage caused by abnormal physical pressure, electromagnetic interference, unstable power supply, electrostatic interference, surge impact, poor grounding and other factors;

4) Circuit boards or components are scratched, twisted, corroded, rusted, oxidized, broken, burned, etc. caused by improper operation during transportation, storage, and use;

5) Damage caused by force majeure (flood, fire, lightning, earthquake, typhoon, etc.).

 

3. Lianxiang can provide paid maintenance services if the free warranty is not covered. If repairs are impossible after inspection, Lianxiang will provide the basis for judgment and return the product to the customer.

 

4. Maintenance cycle

1) Free warranty: After Lianxiang receives the repaired product, it will complete the repair within 7 working days and return it to the customer.

2) Paid maintenance: After Lianxiang receives the customer's product, it will check the fault within 7 working days and issue the cost details to the customer; after the customer confirms, the repair will be completed within 10 days and returned to the customer.

 

5. Repair and delivery

1) Both the shipper and the shipper should ensure that the packaging is intact. If the motherboard is damaged due to improper packaging and transportation, the shipper shall bear the corresponding responsibility;

2) The customer must attach a paper fault list to the shipment, and notify Lianxiang in time after the shipment, so as not to affect the maintenance cycle;

3) If there are problems such as damage to the arrival or inconsistent quantity, the receiver should notify the sender on the day of arrival.

 

6. Shipping fee for repairing

The round-trip freight due to the free warranty shall be borne by the shipper; outside the scope of the free warranty, the freight due to repairs shall be borne by the customer.
